Hi Wilmington, I’m Sam! 

I’m Sam; a 30-year-old spray tan artist, mom, and the founder + formulator behind Glow Sauce Sunless.

I’ve been spray tanning since I was 22, and over the years my work has taken me from everyday clients to the runway. I specialize in natural, customized spray tans and runway/editorial tanning, and you can find me behind the scenes tanning for Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week each season.

After years of traveling for both life and work, my family and I recently made the move to the Wilmington, North Carolina area  - and it feels pretty fitting. The beach, sun, and coastal lifestyle have always been a huge part of the inspiration and aesthetic behind Glow Sauce, so what better place to call home than somewhere I can have that inspiration right in my backyard?

For now, I’m located in the Leland area through the new year, where I’ve transformed part of our garage into my own little private spray tan oasis. ✨
I will also be offering mobile spray tans upon request!

One thing that makes your appointment with me a little different? I don’t just spray tan -  I formulate spray tan solution, too. I created Glow Sauce Sunless, a professional solution line used by spray tan artists across the country, and it’s also what I use on my own clients. After years in this industry, I wanted complete confidence in what I was putting on my clients’ skin and in the color, development, and results I was sending them home with.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your spray tan. Because appointment availability is limited, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me the opportunity to accommodate other clients!
